The theme, template or the layout of the site is very important in the structure and the organization of a Website. This may seem unimportant when you want to create the best content there is about honey. But when the readers will see a white or a black page filled with articles, which might be good, about honey, they will direct themselves to other sites, that speak about honey as well.

You could create, in the situation above, a layout that contains bees and images with honey, using a yellow theme. This is my opinion. You should ask a Web designer, because they are the ones with all the ideas of how a Website should look like, given the theme of the site.
So, it is less important if the content is good, if no one sees it, because they can’t read it because you have a poor design, which invites to search for other sites, instead of searching for more information on the same site where you are. It is one thing to have a wrong SEO campaign, which doesn’t bring you any visitors at all, and another thing to have a bad layout. So, you are able to attract the visitors and when they see the layout of the site, they simply run towards other sites.
I have seen sites that had a black layout. Some of them were good, other bad. I don’t know exactly what made the difference. All I know is that on some sites I spent a lot of time, compared to other sites, from where I ran as fast as my fingers were able to click the X button.

The theme of the site should be chosen according to the topics about you talk on your site. You talk about yourself, pick a color for the site that represents you. You talk about honet, pick yellow, white or other color which you consider to be relevant with your content.
It is good to place ads and different forms of advertising on your site. This will bring you some money and you will become more known in the blogosphere, thanks to the marketing campaigns that could take place on your site. More advertisers may hear about yourself and they will want to place their ads here, especially if you have a site that seems to have a great potential. But regarding this, I have to tell you that a few ads are enough on the first page. You can create more pages and you can place there other ads. But don’t bother the reader with your ads. They will realise that you are after money and not after providing them good information about… honey. This is all I can think of right now. I am hungry, that’s for sure.

Related to the phrases above, you have to eliminate from your site the ads that are not that relevant compared to the content written by you and also the content which is placed there just to be placed there. I guess you knoiw what I mean: words that don’t express a thing. Those should be thrown to the Recycle Bin.11
